Today is the first day of school. That means that my lunch bag greeted me in the morning as the girls and I got ready for school. I like my lunch bag, but it's so symbolic of work that I actually hide it during the summer and had to go hunting for it this morning. I suppose I could have purchased a new lunch bag for the school year, like a back to school celebration, but getting that excited about work seems like a bad message to send out into the universe.
