Today, the 2nd day of work, as I attempted to leave the house the garage door wouldn't shut, so I asked the girls to shut the door on my way out. Apparently things got really exciting after that, because by the time I got to work, I had a message from Carmen that the garage door opener had refused to shut the door. She finally got the door shut, but the opener started making clicking noises, then made a loud pop, and smoke came out of the opener... For the meantime, we will be parking outside.
Day 237 - Open, close, pop, smoke...
