So Lydia's shirt and jacket was the goal for today, but first I had to alter Teagan's skirt, which was too long, as well as too big in the waist... sigh... But, after altering Teagan's outfit, I went to work on Lydia's costume which required lots more work than Teagan's.
I started with her skirt, and then made lots and lots of flounces. Lydia is having flounces under her skirt, as well as flounces on her jacket. Lots of flouncing to do...
