Lydia and I cleaned today. We moved the chair pads from outside into the garage to get ready for winter. It was a supposed to be a whole family effort, but Teagan kept crying and fussing, so we decided to clean around her instead.
My job is in technology. For the last 2 years, I have been working on a MLIS with a focus on, technology. But, when I step away from the computer, I have the most fun doing the more low-tech things.
As a child, I read the Little House Books like they were modern manuals for life. If they could do it on the prairie with no power, I must have a good shot. I am still an avid reader, a neurotic baker, crafter, knitter, amateur DIYer, and multi-tasker.
Since I am the queen of distraction and PIGS (projects in grocery sacks), I decided to share my chaos with the world. Who knows, you might see something you actually like.
