Tonight I went with my co-workers to watch the football game between the Chargers and the Raiders. Since neither of these are my teams, I made like a good librarian and did some research before attending. I discovered that my ability to watch football was greatly hampered by outside influences. I can handle either football and conversation, or football and a loud bar, or football and beverages, but the combination of all factors meant I missed much of the game. However, I did note that the Raiders won, and the Chargers did not make a comeback as predicted by my co-worker. Nonetheless, it was a very enjoyable evening which ended with a delicious slice of chocolate cake.
