Day 221 - For the Birds

We found a hummingbird feeder in our backyard and decided we would make some hummingbird food.

Unfortunately the hummingbird feeder had suffered from time in the sun and has yellowed a little.  My friend assured me however that despite how ugly the feeder is, the hummingbirds are attracted to sweetness of the nectar, not the color.  We have our eyes peeled but haven't seen any hummingbirds yet!
