Little House in the Willow Glen: Day 212

The girls and I have JustDance on the brain this week. It all started with the video of the little twins dancing that the girls loved.

Then we saw videos from the JustDance 3 preview stage at ComicCon. And then we found out JustDance Summer Party came out this week.

Sigh. We were sad to discover that Summer Party is all the songs you can download from JD2, and that JD3 isn't coming out until October. Boo. So the girls had to make do with practicing JustDance routines in hopes they could become as good as the little twins.

And, then we decided to download SuperMario 3, which was a really bad idea because the girls love it. Oops.

Distractions galore!

My job is in technology. For the last 2 years, I have been working on a MLIS with a focus on, technology. But, when I step away from the computer, I have the most fun doing the more low-tech things.

As a child, I read the Little House Books like they were modern manuals for life. If they could do it on the prairie with no power, I must have a good shot. I am still an avid reader, a neurotic baker, crafter, knitter, amateur DIYer, and multi-tasker.

Since I am the queen of distraction and PIGS (projects in grocery sacks), I decided to share my chaos with the world. Who knows, you might see something you actually like.
