It just wouldn't be the holidays without kliner cookies deep fried in lard, and seasoned with cardamom. It's a 2 man job to roll out and fry these cookies, so I had to recruit backup. Luckily, Saint Claire was up to the challenge and came over to roll, cut, twist, fry cookies and leave smelling like lard... Ah the holidays!
