Day 324 - Surprise Tree

I put up the tree today without the girls. It sounds mean, but realistically, they don't actually help decorate the tree.  They might hang 1 or 2 ornaments, and then they usually just lay on the couch and watch me hang the rest of the ornaments. So, instead I surprised them when they got home with a decorated tree.  I have some good ideas about how I am going to put them to use during the Christmas season...

And for the record, we haven't listened to a single Christmas carol, or watched any Christmas movies yet.  We are easing into the season and started with the tree!
