Day 217- Butterfinger Ice Cream

We wanted to make Moose Tracks, but we couldn't figure out what to use for the caramel filled chocolate pieces, so instead we made Butterfinger ice cream.




We started with a butter ice cream base, which to me tastes more like caramel, and then added Butterfingers and caramel.

It's not really ice cream of course, because I can't eat ice cream. It's almond milk and almond cream ice cream. I use tapioca starch to make it smooth and creamy like ice cream. It's delicious.
