Day 132 - A little fringe goes a long way...

A surprise invitation to a party arrived yesterday, necessitating a visit to the fabric store today since the invite specified that costumes were encouraged.  If someone is going to encourage me to wear a costume, then I am wearing a costume.

Four inch fringe and 1 black cocktail dress later I had a flapper costume... Accessories were next...
