Day 73- Spirit Week in Full Swing

I took pictures of our Spirit Week decoration, and some of the other classes gym decs as well.

Here's munchin land,  and the mentors as munchins. We're only allowed to use black and white photos... And, one of my favorite parts, the Wicked Witches legs under the house.
Flying monkeys, with pink feathers.  Teagan and Lydia graciously donated use of their pink feather boa for the cause.

The freshman class mascot is a pheonix, which was "transformed" into the scarecrow, with more pink feathers.  She's standing in a field of corn stalks made from pvc, tamale wrappers and crepe paper.
The emerald city, with the class mascot, the Cobra, as the Wizard, and the LED flashlight eyes and the field of poppies in front.

Our apple trees (with my pink Christmas tree ornaments), the Tin Man "Warrior". The Lion with fur we harvested from a white teddy bear and dyed pink and green. And, of course, the "yellow" brick road with the names of every junior.

Dorothy, our junior, wearing a real uniform shirt we dyed pink.

Glenda in the basketball hoop above everything.

And of course, there is me, the Wicked Witch flying off to her castle, on a broom made with broom straw we spray-painted green.

And here are some pictures of the other classes' decorations:
Wonderland trees
Sophomore class, Alice's Tea Party.
