Day 47 - A Brownie Rx

I made "perfect brownies" in my Perfect Brownie pan tonight.  Chocolate is good for the soul and I know some people who need some good, so out comes the pan!

 

If you haven't seen this silly pan, and it's basically like an old school ice cube tray.  You pour in the batter, and then add the divider.

Each brownie is cooked perfectly, pre-cut and simply wonderful. Possibly the best $20 I have ever spent.
